**Position**: Salad Maker

**Location**:Saudi Arabia

**Salary: 1500 - 1800 SAR**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Salad Preparation**:

- Wash, peel, chop, and prepare a variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs, and other salad ingredients.
- Assemble and mix salads according to customer orders or pre-set menu recipes, ensuring the correct proportions and presentation.
- Prepare dressings, sauces, and toppings as required, maintaining consistency in flavor and quality.
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and kept within their expiration dates.
- **Food Safety & Hygiene**:

- Adhere to strict hygiene standards to ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Regularly clean and sanitize kitchen tools, workstations, and utensils.
- Store all ingredients and prepared salads at the correct temperatures to maintain freshness and food safety.
- Follow food safety procedures to prevent contamination and cross-contamination.

Minimum 3 years experience in the hotel industry.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
