Key Responsibilities
Expert on Delphi

Software Development (approximately 63% of work hours)
systems with the features required to meet a variety of scalability, maintenance and special project-related needs
- Perform and complete systems and functional analyses prior to developing complex features in order to identify the
required steps, blockers and technological limits that may affect development.
- Write and update documentation related to the software or features developed.
Analysis, Research and Design (approximately 22% of work hours)
- Develop the software architecture inherent to the product in order to guide analysis and development in all phases
of feature development. Automate these processes.
- Analyze, develop, maintain and implement integration solutions to enable the deployment of the various products
as required by the Product, Operations and Deployment teams.
- Carry out research, monitor emerging technologies and produce proofs of concept, in order to assess technological
limitations and guide the evolution of products, with a view to remaining competitive in the market and
aligning with the required elements listed in calls for tenders.
Customer Support (approximately 10% of work hours)
- Provide varying levels of support to the Client Experience team, the Technical Solutions team or others to address
requests, questions and concerns about technical and functional issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to support and facilitate the technological alignment of software
elements and external dependencies, as well as to provide support services to Development teams.
- Provide technological advice to Product Management to validate the feasibility of various products and projects
and in so doing, contribute to decision-making.
Training (approximately 5% of work hours)
- Develop and deliver training within Product, promote best practices and support technical decision-making, both
within the team and within other teams.
