Die Fitter

Assemble mould components accurately according to blueprints and technical specifications.
- Ensure all parts are fitted together correctly and securely.
- Install moulds in injection moulding machines or other equipment.
- Set up the machine parameters to ensure proper functioning of the mould.
- Conduct routine maintenance on moulds to prevent breakdowns and extend their lifespan.
- Perform repairs on moulds when defects or issues are identified, including polishing, welding, and component replacement.
- Inspect moulds and components for defects or wear.
- Test moulds after assembly or repair to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
- Use various hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments (such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges) to assemble and repair moulds.
- Calibrate tools and equipment to maintain accuracy in mould assembly and repair.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,492.55 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

License/Certification:

- ITI (Fitter) (preferred)
