**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, requirements, and queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Proactively identify potential risks or delays and resolve them effectively.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure high client satisfaction

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Project Co-ordinator or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Good knowledge of project management tools/software will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
