Roles and responsibilities:

- Provide medical care to employees in industrial settings, addressing work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings to evaluate employee fitness for work.
- Develop and implement occupational health programs and policies to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend preventive measures to minimize risks.
- Collaborate with employers and employees to promote a healthy work environment.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to occupational health services.
- Participate in incident investigations and provide medical expertise in identifying preventive measures.

Qualification:

- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) degree from a recognized medical school.
- AFIH (Associate Fellow of Industrial Health) certification or equivalent qualification in occupational health.
- Valid medical license to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in providing medical care and treatment.
- Knowledge of occupational health regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Ability to conduct health assessments, screenings, and evaluations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employers, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Ability to identify workplace hazards and recommend preventive measures.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on the latest developments in the field of occupational health.

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Work Location:

- The position is based within an industrial or corporate setting, providing healthcare services to employees onsite.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 12 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
