LTTS India - Chennai - "Design and development of hydraulic integration components (Hose As, tube As, Sheetmetal, etc) for Mining Track machines with global and regional Team collaboration. This includes concept, final design, Supplier interaction, co-ordination with Detailing/Checking/Releasing, Fitup/Test rework documentation, parts procurement, validating the test results. Also, they have primary responsibility of meeting the requirements, cost, and timeline of the project. **Skills**: - Strong skills in 3D modeling of piping, sheet metals & PLM Tools - Familiar with Hose & Tube assembly manufacturing and assembly process - Familiar with different types of connections and standards (ISO, SAE, etc) - Hydraulic Components (Pump, Cylinders, Motors, Valve, etc) & schematic reading knowledge - Good communication & coordination skills Tools: - Creo - Simulations, Mechanism, Sheetmetal, Piping & Assembly - PLM Tools - Desired CAT tools: HVC, SDP Fluid Lines, Teamcenter, Vismockup Requirements: - Diploma/Bachelor's/master's degree in mechanical Engineer or equivalent - 3 - 5 Years of work experiences. - Desired experiences: Heavy/construction vehicles in hydraulic integration." **Job Requirement** - hydraulic integration components
