- Should have good interpersonal skills and ability to understand the consultation requirement and based on the same should be able to give recommendations.
- Strong Inbound / Outbound call handling potential.
- Should be open minded and ready to learn.
- Follow-up with callers & internal team.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures.

**Required Experience, Skills**:

- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Should know Hindi or Telugu and Kannada.

**Qualification: 8th or 10th minimum**.
