**D365 Applications Specialist/Consultant (Urgently Required)**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **D365 Implementation s Customization**:

- **System Integration s Data Migration**:

- **User Support s Training**:
Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to internal teams on D365 features and best practices. Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
- **Business Process Analysis s Solution Design**:
Work with business stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify pain points, and propose D365-based solutions that enhance business efficiency and productivity.
- **Upgrade s Maintenance**:

- **Reporting s Analytics**:
Design and implement reporting solutions within D365 to support business decision-making. Utilize Power BI, Excel, or other tools to develop custom reports and dashboards.
- **Collaboration**:
Collaborate with functional and technical teams (developers, business analysts, etc.) to ensure end-to-end solution delivery. Work with external vendors or partners as needed for specialized solutions or additional support.

**Skills s Qualifications**:

- **Technical Expertise**:
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance C Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- **Customization s Configuration**:

- **Integration Knowledge**:

- **Project Management**:
Ability to manage and deliver D365 projects on time and within budget. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
- **Problem-Solving**:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- **Business Acumen**:
A solid understanding of business processes across finance, sales, and operations, with the ability to translate these needs into technical solutions.
- **Communication Skills**:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating discussions to understand business requirements and technical constraints.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- D365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, D365 Finance C Operations) are preferred.
- Experience with Azure, Power Platform, or related Microsoft technologies is a plus.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience with D365 FCO (Finance C Operations) or D365 Sales.
- Background in process optimization, system integration, and data management.
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
