**How do we do it?**

We install servers at key places of interest (POIs) where users access internet services (Public transport, Rural areas, Residential complexes, Corporate parks, Hotels, Educational institutes, Retail zones, F&B outlets, etc.) Sugar Box’s patented technology then uses prediction algorithms to cache relevant data from partner Apps on each local server. In addition to this, the local server uses Edge computing to manage other technical requirements such as User registration, Personalization, Security, Ads & Payments. This server is then exposed to the consumer over a local Wi-Fi so that s/he is able to use the partner Apps without any dependence on internet connectivity.

**Manage/Senior Manager - Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A)**

**Location**: Bangalore

SugarBox Networks, a hyper local edge cloud platform, enables access to digital apps in the offline mode to enable consumers use digital app partner services without using mobile data connections (across industries including OTT, Mobility, Ed-Tech, E-Commerce, FinTech etc.).

**Position summary**

Drive Budgeting & Monthly MIS, build Processes, SoPs and systems, develop and track business metrics to increase business efficiency, and drive automation.

**The focus areas**

The Manager/Sr. Manager - BP&A will closely work with senior management to model long term financial and commercial strategy and manage the planning and forecasting process. This includes liaising with key business managers to produce a financial road map for the organization. This individual will also be responsible for managing the monthly reporting process and leading a proactive FP&A process across the organization, creating collaborative partnerships between Finance and the functional teams to better understand business needs and issues.
- Drive strategic planning with analysis of key drivers with previous plan and actuals.
- Lead cross functional effort to coordinate and build the Annual Operating Plan.
- Provide and manage ongoing financial support and business partnering to sales and marketing in the areas of new business opportunities, growth assessment and profitability, and customer specific performance for business partners.
- Oversight of monthly and quarterly closing & reporting process for FP&A - On a monthly basis, lead the forecasting process for the business, analyze current results against forecast and budgets and provide key driver analysis and business insight. Ensure business leaders are provided insight and financial guidance to achieve short/long term financial commitments, including strategic initiatives for each of their functions.
- Perform financial analysis across the various operating levels to identify and analyze trends, variances from forecast, and variances from prior years and provide insight and counsel for corrective action up to and including execution ideas and timelines.
- Establish the finance processes to meet the organizations strategic goals; identify and resolve issues around data integrity and availability for business profitability.
- Develop and communicate monthly performance commentary and rolling forecasts to leadership teams
- Demonstrated ability to construct long-range P&L, including organic and in-organic growth drivers, and cash flow models and perform DCF RoI analyses for valuation of the group.
- Drive automation of FP&A function including Business Intelligence tools

**Requirements**:
**The successful applicant**
- At least 5-8 years of experience of Business Planning and Analysis
Preferred Qualification - MBA from Top B-Schools (IIMs, ISB, IITs, XLRI) and/o Chartered Accountant
- Strong leadership skills required. Experience in multi-unit concepts preferred.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; Highly proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel techniques
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
