**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans for the production team.

2. **Order Management**:

- Manage orders from placement to delivery.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely execution.

3. **Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure client specifications are met.
- Address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.

4. **Market Trends & Insights**:

- Stay updated on têxtile industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams for product development.

5. **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of orders, client communications, and production updates.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports for management review.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a merchandiser in the têxtile/weaving industry.
- Strong understanding of fabric properties, weaving techniques, and market demands.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
