**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- NewRelic Platform Ownership:

- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and management of NewRelic tools across cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- **Monitoring and Troubleshooting**:

- **Best Practices and Strategy**:

- Develop and promote NewRelic best practices for observability, tracing, and logging.
- Design and implement scalable monitoring strategies for dynamic workloads in hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-prem).
- Stay updated with NewRelic’s latest tools, features, and product offerings, advising stakeholders on potential improvements.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to ensure optimal performance, capacity planning, and reliability of services.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to IT staff on using NewRelic and ensuring adoption of best practices.
- Deliver periodic reports to stakeholders, including health summaries, incident reports, and recommendations for optimization.
- **Integration and Automation**:

- Automate monitoring tasks, including alerting, scaling, and reporting using NewRelic APIs and integration with other DevOps and observability tools.
- Integrate NewRelic with other platforms like ServiceNow, PagerDuty, or Slack to ensure seamless incident management workflows.
- **Training and Documentation**:

- Conduct training sessions for technical staff on the effective use of NewRelic.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to NewRelic implementation, usage guidelines, and troubleshooting procedures.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Technical Expertise
- Overall experience of 8+ years in Tools & Observability domain
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with NewRelic tools (APM, Infrastructure, Logs, Synthetics, etc.).
- Deep experience with infrastructure monitoring for public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
- Proficiency with observability concepts like tracing, logging, and metrics aggregation.
- **Relevant Skills**:

- Strong experience with modern DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containers, microservices).
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, performance optimization, and monitoring in AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Proficiency in working with NewRelic's APIs for automation and integrations.
- Experience with monitoring solutions across Linux and Windows platforms.
- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (Python, Ruby, Bash, etc.) for automation and customization.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Experience working in dynamic environments with a focus on high availability and fault tolerance.
- **Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)**:

- NewRelic Certified Performance Pro or related certifications.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
