We are looking for a creative and talented Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer to join our growing digital marketing team In this role, you will be responsible for crafting social media posts animations, raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content that supports our marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. You will work closely with marketing teams, project managers, and other creatives to bring video concepts to life and ensure our videos resonate with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Translate marketing briefs and scripts into visually compelling video stories.
- Utilize professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit footage, add graphics, transitions, sound effects, and music.
- Ensure smooth flow, pacing, and storytelling throughout the video.
- Maintain a high standard for video quality, including color correction, audio balancing, and formatting for different platforms.
- Manage and organize video files efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest video editing trends and best practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for video content.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics / Video Editor, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of video editing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and video marketing trends is a plus.
- A creative and results-oriented mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.

**Salary**

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. We offer upto 3.6 LPA depending on your qualifications, experience and interview.
