**Job Title**: Sales Representative - Real Estate
**Location**: Bhutani Alphathum, Sec 90 Noida( Nearest Metro Station is 137)
**Experience**: 0-3 years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
**Salary**: 20k to 35k + Incentives

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
- Provide clients with information on available properties and arrange site visits.
- Understand client needs and present suitable property options.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close property deals in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams and developers for documentation and project updates.
- Attend client meetings, open houses, and promotional events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Proven sales experience in real estate or related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-handling skills and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
