We are looking for a motivated accounts associate for managing the day-to-day accounting activities of a global medical device manufacturer including making invoices, maintaining records of transactions, monitoring expenses, and providing reports to the management for financial analysis.

Key capabilities required for this role are:

- Tally,
- TDS/ TCS/ GST Returns
- Purchase & Sales Billing
- Balance Sheet assignments
- Bank Reconciliation, ITR.

Tasks & Activities:
- Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
- Handling day-to-day accounting
- Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
- Handling all banking related works
- Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
- Handling and filing GST, TDS, TCS returns
- Preparing profit and loss statements
- Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
- Handling petty cash
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws

Knowledge required: Accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes, Tally ,Microsoft Word, Excel,Internet browsing

Experience: 3 years in accounts

Qualification: B.Com. or equivalent
