**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Graphic Design:_
- Develop and design engaging visual content for online promotions, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Conceptualization and Ideation:_
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and brainstorm creative ideas for digital campaigns.
- Translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual designs that resonate with the target audience.
- Brand Alignment:_
- Ensure all designs align with and enhance the overall brand image and messaging.
- Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Multimedia Design:_
- Create multimedia content, including animations and videos, to enhance digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
- Collaboration:_
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to meet project requirements.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Proficient in graphic design softwares, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with video editing and animation tools is a plus.
- Must be very creative & have strong knowledge about color schemes and fonts
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.
