**Job Title: Video Editor + Graphic Designer**

**Key Responsibilities:Video Editing**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Work with directors and content creators to understand vision and goals for each video project.
- Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, and visual effects to enhance the overall quality and narrative.
- Optimize video content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, websites, etc.).
- Ensure videos are properly color corrected, audio is balanced, and transitions are smooth.
- Maintain a consistent editing style that reflects the brand identity.

**Graphic Design**:

- Design visual assets such as banners, social media graphics, posters, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
- Create animations and motion graphics for use in videos, advertisements, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
- Work on creative concepts, designing layouts and typography that are engaging and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to create eye-catching assets for campaigns.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the brief.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for new campaigns and content.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video and graphic designs.

**Project Management**:

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Stay organized and keep assets well-maintained for easy access and efficient collaboration.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience** as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both video work and graphic design projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience with motion graphics and animation (After Effects or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of video formats, compression, and optimization for different platforms.
- Familiarity with video production equipment and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with 3D graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of web design or UI/UX principles.
- Experience in photography or videography is a plus.
