As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a crucial role in supporting our Operations team by leveraging your Excel and Power BI expertise. Our vision is "to make customer experience simple yet effective by innovative CX models, utilizing the power of digitization and human intelligence ” Join us **Subject Matter Expert**: Full Time Experience 06 Months - 1.5 Years Location Udaipur, Rajasthan Start ASAP **What we ask for**: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and objectives. - Gather and analyze data from various sources to provide valuable insights. - Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, templates, and reports. - Develop reports using Power BI. - Assist in data visualization and presentation for internal and external stakeholders. - Participate in data quality assurance and data cleansing activities. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to data analysis and reporting. - Carry out the day to day operations by coordinating with respective parties/clients - Real Time Tracking from Control Tower - Communicate with the internal management to share the ideas to run operations efficiently - Monitor the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers - Ensure proper checklist are created and adhered in order to ensure smooth functioning of operations - Maintaining and updating the daily tracker **Requirements**: - Any Graduate Required - Good Communication skills - Advanced Excel Knowledge - Knowledge of Power BI/SQL is an added advantage - Open to do Rotational shifts
