**Job Title**: KG Mother Teacher
**Location**: G.D. Goenka Public School, Kolkata
**Salary Range**: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 (Monthly)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year (in Early Childhood Education)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 3-6 years
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities based on Montessori/TTC/B.Ed. methodologies
- Develop social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills through structured play and learning
- Maintain daily records of student activities, learning progress, and behavior
- Coordinate with co-teachers and parents for effective communication and child development
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independent thinking
- Support school-wide initiatives and participate in staff meetings, events, and training sessions

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification (any one mandatory)**:

- Montessori Trained
- TTC (Teacher Training Certificate in Early Childhood Education)
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience in a reputed school or preschool
- **Language Skills**:

- Must have excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- **Other Attributes**:

- Patient, empathetic, and child-friendly personality
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
- Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic about early childhood education
