Job Description: Jr. Content Writer (Technical Writer)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce well-researched and accurate technical content, including user manuals, product documentation, online help guides, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and product managers, to gather information and understand technical concepts.
- Simplify complex technical information into clear and concise language that is easy for end-users to understand.
- Edit and proofread technical documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to company standards and style guides across all technical content.
- Conduct thorough research to gather necessary technical information for content creation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance content quality and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging content for blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly content layouts.
- Assist in maintaining a content repository and version control for easy access and reference.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software/IT industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent command over English grammar and vocabulary.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other documentation tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems.
- Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional editing and proofreading skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for content creation is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
