**Male Sales Coordinator (Evening Shift: 2 PM to 10 PM)**

We are one of India’s leading organizations for trekking and expeditions in the Himalayas, known for well-organized programs that prioritize safety and environmental responsibility. Founded in 2008 by experienced and passionate trekkers, TTH has expanded adventure tourism across India’s hilly states. With each passing year, our team has grown in knowledge, experience, and credibility, aiming to make hiking and trekking safer and broaden the scope for adventure activities in India.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
We are seeking a Male Sales Coordinator to join our team during the evening shift. In this role, you’ll play a key part in achieving sales targets, coordinating sales activities, and building strong customer relationships. You will also manage various administrative duties to help streamline operations. Our organization has a presence across India, Nepal, Russia, Africa, Thailand, Spain, and Sri Lanka.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in any field

3+ years of experience in sales coordination or a related role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in customer service, sales, and CRM software

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software

**Job Details**:
Understand customer needs, with a focus on continuous learning and effective execution

Address customer questions, inquiries, and complaints

Manage the sales process using specific software programs

Research current trends to assess customer needs

Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and customer handling experience

Prepare and present product and service presentations

Schedule meetings with potential clients and address their needs

Regularly create reports with sales and revenue data

Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences

Negotiate and close deals, handling objections when needed

Collaborate with team members for improved outcomes

Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Active listening and objection handling

Strong motivation, resilience, and ambition

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
