**Reports To**: Household Manager, Estate Manager, or Homeowner
**Location**: Private Residence, Hotel, or Corporate Setting

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Household Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of the residence.
- Supervise and coordinate with other household staff, such as housekeepers, cooks, drivers, and gardeners.
- Maintain household schedules and calendars.
- Ensure the home is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- **Guest Services**:

- Welcome and serve guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.
- Coordinate guest accommodations and address their needs.
- Organize and oversee events, dinners, and parties.
- **Personal Assistance**:

- Provide personal assistance to the homeowner, such as managing appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Assist with wardrobe management, including care of clothing and accessories.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- **Dining and Beverage Services**:

- Set and serve formal table settings.
- Manage the wine cellar, including inventory and wine pairings.
- Serve meals and beverages, adhering to etiquette and service standards.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage budgets, household accounts, and petty cash.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and reorder as needed.
- Handle vendor relationships, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
- **Security and Maintenance**:

- Monitor the security of the property.
- Ensure household systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting) are in working order.
- Oversee seasonal and ongoing maintenance tasks.
