We at **Tilak** are excited to announce an opportunity for an **Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)** with one of our **partner companies** - a well-established industry leader in the **crane rental services sector**, with assets valued at **₹60Cr+** and a strong national presence.

This is not a typical job — it’s a chance to **take a traditional, highly successful business into its next growth phase.**

What You’ll Do
- Drive **digitization & modernization** of business operations.
- Build a strong **business development pipeline** using LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Explore **new revenue opportunities** and strengthen client relationships.
- Work closely with the leadership team to **design and execute growth strategies.**

Who We’re Looking For
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong **growth-hacking attitude.**:

- Someone who thrives in **traditional industries** but knows how to bring **modern, digital-first solutions.**:

- Prior experience in **business development, startups, or scaling enterprises** is a big plus.
- Strong communication & networking skills.
