**Job Title: German Language Tutor**

**Location: Pondicherry, India**

**Salary Range: 25,000/- INR to 30,000/- INR per month**

We are currently seeking an experienced and proficient German Language Tutor, preferably a native of Pondicherry, to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing top-notch language education.

**Position Overview**: As a German Language Tutor at La Liberté French Institute, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the acquisition of the German language among our students. Your expertise and passion for teaching will help our students achieve fluency and cultural competency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Plan and deliver dynamic German language lessons tailored to the specific needs and proficiency levels of students.
- Utilize diverse teaching materials, resources, and technology to create engaging learning experiences.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

2. **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update German language course materials and content.
- Customize teaching materials to align with the unique learning objectives of each class.

3. **Cultural Enrichment**:

- Integrate cultural aspects into the curriculum to foster a deeper understanding of German-speaking cultures.
- Organize cultural events, discussions, or activities to immerse students in German culture.

4. **Student Engagement**:

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and language acquisition.
- Develop strategies to motivate and inspire students to excel in their German studies.

5. **Individualized Support**:

- Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions to students who require additional assistance or practice.
- Address student questions, concerns, and learning challenges with patience and empathy.

6. **Assessment and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and assessments.
- Generate progress reports and communicate with students and parents/guardians regarding performance and goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a native of Pondicherry, India.
- Bachelor's degree in German, Education, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Native-level proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written.
- Prior teaching experience is highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A deep passion for teaching and a profound appreciation for German language and culture.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, with flexibility for class schedules.
