**Job Summary**:
We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused **female banking associates** to join our retail branch network. As a Banking Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth transactions, addressing customer queries, and promoting our financial products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers at the branch, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle day-to-day banking transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, etc.
- Assist customers in opening and managing savings/current accounts, fixed deposits, and other financial products
- Cross-sell banking and third-party products like insurance, loans, and investment instruments
- Address customer grievances professionally and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Support branch operations and contribute to sales targets

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Basic understanding of banking and financial services
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Team player with a willingness to learn

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Graduate in any discipline With 50% and above marks
- Fresher With Good communication skill
- Local language proficiency is desirable
