**Responsibilities**:

- Teach Pilates classes to clients, ensuring a safe and effective workout environment
- Develop and lead customized Pilates programs for clients with specific goals or needs
- Provide clear instructions, demonstrations, and corrections to ensure proper form and technique
- Create a supportive and motivating atmosphere, encouraging clients to reach their full potential
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate with clients and management as needed
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest Pilates techniques and research
- Contribute to the development of new programs and services, as needed

**Requirements**:

- Relevant certification in Pilates instruction (e.g., STOTT, Reformer, Mat)
- 0-1 year of experience teaching Pilates (freshers with relevant certification are encouraged to apply)
- Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, techniques, and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills
- Ability to work with clients of all fitness levels and goals
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
