**What You will do**
- Design and develop microservice using performant libraries Golang / Java that can work in a large-scale multi-tenant environment.
- Explore design implications and work towards appropriate balance between functionality, performance, and maintainability.
- Work with a cross-discipline team of Design, Product, Data Science and Analytics team.
- Take ownership from ideation phase to deployment and maintenance.
- Actively participate in the hiring process to bring world-class programmers in the team.

**What you will need**
- 6+ years of experience in Golang or Java.
- Good understanding of SQL databases. Knowledge with NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Experience working with highly concurrent systems is a plus
- Understanding of basic cloud computing concepts and experience in using any of the major cloud service providers(AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Good understanding of APM, logging, distributed tracing, error monitoring is a must. Must have worked with tools like Elastic Search / New relic, etc.
- Curiosity to explore the cutting edge technologies and bake them into highly scalable and performant systems.
- Zeal and drive to take end to end ownership.
