
Front Office Executive

A Front Office Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and ensuring the smooth operation of front office activities. This role involves interacting with visitors, clients, and employees, as well as handling administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Greeting and Welcoming Visitors**: Cordially welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
**Answering Phone Calls**: Manage incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate person or department, and providing information or taking messages as needed.
**Managing Front Desk**: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
**Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule appointments for clients, visitors, and employees and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
**Handling Inquiries**: Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization's products, services, or policies.
**Mail and Courier Services**: Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as manage outgoing mail and courier services.
**Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and providing administrative support to other departments when necessary.
**Assisting Employees**: Support employees with their basic needs, such as arranging for transportation, booking meeting rooms, and ensuring their comfort during their visit.
**Recording and Managing Visits**: Maintain a visitor log to keep track of guests, clients, and employees entering and exiting the premises.
**Multitasking**: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently prioritize them based on urgency and importance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment, such as computers, telephones, and photocopiers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and etiquette.
**Experience**:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
