**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**As part of Finance Org**:
**Order Booking & Revenue Recognition**
- Worldwide sales order bookings by reviewing orders and liaising with sales/sales ops teams.
- Licensing of sales orders
- Invoicing of orders adding applicable sales tax and follow up on AR collections.
- Posting Cash Receipts and Journal entries for WHT

**Accounts Payable**
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Solving the vendor related queries related invoices with concern department

**Business Operations**
- Field support in the following areas: Case Management, System escalations, first level field support, CV Legal requests, CQC support, SFDC hygiene, territory and new account creation and de-activation, SFDC reporting, Dashboard creation and maintenance, licence assignments, deal desk support where required, FAQs and Operational manuals maintenance.
- Partner support in the following areas: Deal registration workflow, new partner onboarding, partner systems training, partner compliance checklist, partner reporting requirements, partner portal internal support (CVPU), PSD partner support.
- Management support in the following areas: SFDC reporting, Dashboard creation and maintenance, QBR template & support quarterly, customised reporting on ad-hoc basis,
- The responsibilities and duties noted above are not all inclusive. Incumbent(s) may perform other duties as required.

**Payroll**
- Management_ - for global payroll utilizing ADP Celergo which includes but is not limited to:

- Ensure accurate salary calculations, variable payments, deductions
- Work with ADP and Human Resources to ensure required taxes, social contributions, benefit programs and other deductions are handled in accordance with local laws and regulations for each country
- Communicate with all employees in support of payroll questions and reporting.
- Ensure all the quarterly/yearly filings and/or payments to government agencies, insurance carriers, other organizations and individual employees are appropriately reviewed and processed by the required due dates
- Understand global payroll to determine appropriate accounting treatment of payroll transactions; complete required payroll journal entries and reconciliations for multi countries; comply with Commvault’s company policies and controls

**Required Experience/Qualifications**:

- MBA Finance/M Com/ CA Inter/CWA Inter/CS Inter
- Willingness to learn, Can do attitude, and ability to scale the learning curve quickly is a must
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Good analytical skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce and NetSuite knowledge will be an added advantage
- Self-motivated and energetic with a high sense of urgency.
