**JD for the profile of Customer Service Executive / Influencer Tie-Up Executive**
- Identify and research potential influencers across relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.) who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Reach out to influencers, negotiate collaboration terms, and onboard them for campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
- Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely delivery of content and brand messaging consistency.
- Monitor influencer campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals (engagement, reach, ROI).
- Call the customers for after sales service (demo) of the products and share the link on whatsapp.
- Follow-ups with the customers to generate positive feedback on Amazon & Flipkart.
- Maintain the Excel sheets, uploading the data on Software.

**What we are looking for?**

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Educational Qualifications - Graduate in any field
- Experience - 2 - 3 years in Customer Service Executive & Influencer Tie
- Up.
- Excellent negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple influencer relationship simultaneously.

**Perks and Benefits**
- In addition to the salary, a performance Linked incentive amount will also be given every quarter

- Will be working at our HO in Khar west - 2 min walk from the Station.

**Salary Range**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
