**Job Description of Chief Finance Officer for GOPI Group**

**Location**: GIFT CITY, GANDHINAGAR

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. The CFO provides strategic financial leadership, ensuring the company’s financial health and regulatory compliance. This role involves financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting, as well as overseeing investment decisions and optimizing financial performance.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Education**
- Master in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial certification is a plus.
- Minimum 02 years of experience as a CFA in Manufacturing Unit

**Key Competencies**
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to MD

Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage relationships with banks
- Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments.
- Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
- Keeping cash flow stable, develop accurate financial scenarios. Developing the company's budget, communicating with company’s banks regularly, overseeing financial planning & analysing.
- Work with senior managers to efficiently develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information, and ensure contract/grant compliance and reporting
- Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement
- Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives
- Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management team, and rest of company
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and company policies.
- Oversee internal controls and audit processes to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with auditors, regulators, and legal teams to ensure transparency.
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
