**Your responsibilities**:

- Accountable for all customer engagements, responsible for providing responses for all customer queries
- detail-oriented with superior organizational skills balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and re-quests Creating a DevOps “continuous integration” capability in the way the platform is developed and integrated with apps
- Leading and ensuring that all software service operational processes are efficiently executed and correctly implemented across the entire platform operations team
- Working with customers as well interface with digital solution factory leads and help through the pro-cess by creating, maintaining or updating all necessary landing page articles
- Leading and inventively solve problems and organizing information at a high-level to address potential roadblocks and define the best way forward with rigorous attention to details
- Driving operational-specific input to product team on future needs or gaps for continuous product improvement

**Your background**:

- Graduate, post-graduation with Computer Science Engineering background preferred
- 15+ years of industry experience and involved in customer solution provisioning & customer engagement
- Multi-cloud experience with sound knowledge on SDLC in preferred
- Subject matter expert and should have extensive troubleshooting skills on networking areas like LDAP, AD, VPN & gateways & technical, hands-on and good at solving customer problems
- Worked on extensible topologies, microservice based architectures and have applied DevOps principles in his previous projects
- Should possess strong foundation in cloud operations space, managed and delivered in SaaS or PaaS products
- Hands-on in all dev ops aspects such as IAC, continuous integration and continuous delivery & should have work experience in adapting all security best practices
- Must possess good presentation skills to external divisions and customers about any queries relating to architecture, product, technology
- Should have designed scalable cloud environments and experience in implementing from the scratch working with architects and leads
- Should be able to work with architects and leads to optimize cost, resource utilization or foot-print and drive requirements to be implemented by development
