**Job Overview** As a Stock Market Dealer, you will be responsible for executing securities trades on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and accurate transactions within the dynamic stock market environment. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, analytical skills, and the ability to make informed decisions in real-time. The Stock Market Dealer plays a critical role in facilitating efficient trading processes and contributing to the overall success of the organization in the financial services sector.

**Key Responsibilities.**
- Execute buy and sell orders for stocks, bonds, and other securities as directed by clients or investment managers.
- Monitor market conditions and execute trades in a timely manner to optimize client outcomes.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and news that may impact securities prices.
- Conduct technical and fundamental analysis to inform trading decisions.
- Assess and manage risks associated with trades, including market risks, liquidity risks, and counterparty risks.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to protect client portfolios.
- Communicate with clients to understand their investment goals, risk tolerance, and trading preferences.
- Provide timely updates on trade execution and market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to securities trading.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions for audit purposes.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, institutional investors, and other market participants.
- Collaborate with research analysts and other departments to provide comprehensive client support.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to trades, including confirmation statements and settlement instructions.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications may be advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Stock Market Dealer or in a similar trading role.
