_**Comval IT Solutions **_is urgently looking for skilled Social Media Marketing Executive with extensive knowledge and experience in Social Media platforms (LinkedIn & Facebook)._
- **Responsibilities**:_
- _Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on Social Media_
- _Generating leads and sales using Ads_
- _Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead_
- _Continuous monitoring of results and improving of ads_
- _Reporting of results of Campaigns_
- _Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns._
- _Collaborating with colleagues from marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent_
- _Interacting with customers and handling customer inquiries_
- _Developing new social media strategies and campaigns._
- _Scheduling social media posts_
- _Define target audiences_
- _Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs_
- _Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation,new-product launches, social media, up selling, cross-selling, and sales enablement_
- **Skills required**:_
- _Strong analytical, time-management and creativity skills_
- _Excellent English written and verbal communication skills_
- _Some experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results._
- _Strong representational skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex workflows, dependencies and tradeoffs in both speech and writing._
- _Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills_
- _Assist with Social Media Performance Report_
- _Analysis report_
- _Management and leadership experience_
- _Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability_
- _Possesses a creative mind set and passion for digital marketing_
- _Required skills: Facebook Ads / Business Manager, Google Ads, SEM_
- _Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field_
- _0.6 -1 years of experience on the relevant field_
- Salary: Depending upon experience (Negotiable)_

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
