**About Us**: Kay Bee Bio Organics is a leading Agriculture company specializing in fertilizers and pesticides. We are seeking an experienced Amazon Expert to manage and optimize our presence on Amazon, drive sales, and increase brand visibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Amazon Store Management**: Oversee and manage the company's Amazon store, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- **Product Optimization**: Optimize product listings for SEO to improve search rankings and visibility on Amazon. This includes keyword research, content creation, and ensuring all listings are up to date.
- **Advertising Campaigns**: Develop, implement, and manage Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and drive sales.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are in stock and available for purchase. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams as needed.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze sales data, advertising performance, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and provide regular reports to management.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and issues related to Amazon orders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all product listings and store operations comply with Amazon policies and guidelines.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B testing on product listings, images, and ad campaigns to determine the most effective strategies.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- **New Product Launches**: Coordinate and manage the launch of new products on Amazon, including pre-launch activities and post-launch performance monitoring.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Amazon Expert or similar role, with a track record of successful Amazon store management.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and PPC advertising.
- Proficient in using Amazon analytics tools and other relevant software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Amazon FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon).
- Knowledge of international Amazon marketplaces.
- Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
