As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for calling new leads, communicating with parents and students, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth admission process. Should actively participate in external marketing activities.
- Generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing admissions.
- Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
- Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Should have experience in college admissions.
- Should be willing to do outdoor marketing activities (Education Industry).
**Preferred**:
1. Effective Communication and quick witness.
2. Prior experience in sales and business development is an add on.
3. Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
