**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Outbound Sales Executive** to join our team in Nagpur. The role involves visiting retail shops and local businesses to promote and sell our products/services, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **shop-to-shop visits** to promote and sell company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Represent the company professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in field sales, retail sales, or outbound sales.
- Excellent **communication and negotiation skills.**:

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- **Two-wheeler and valid driving license** preferred.
- Local area knowledge (Nagpur) is an added advantage.
