**Profile introduction**:
We are seeking a vibrant and outgoing individual to join our team as a Hostess. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your friendly and professional demeanor will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude upon arrival.
- Manage and organize reservations, ensuring a smooth flow of guests in the dining area.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and dining pace.
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
- Assist in managing waitlists during peak times.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive overall dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
