**Job Summary**:
As a Content Writer/ Script Writer, you will be an integral part of our Creative team, assisting in the development and implementation of content marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive engagement with the target audience. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and video production teams to create compelling narratives that highlight our properties, attract potential buyers, and promote our brand. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of content and copy writing while contributing to real projects and campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Script Development**:

- Write clear, concise, and compelling scripts for real estate videos, including property tours, promotional videos, client testimonials, engaging dialogue that resonate with viewers and more.
- Research, conceptualize, and develop original scripts that align with project requirements and target audience.

**Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas, outlines, and editorial calendars.

**Research and Writing**:

- Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends to ensure accuracy and relevance in scripts.

**Editing and Proofreading**:

- Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style consistency.
- Proofread written materials to ensure they are error-free and ready for publication.

**SEO Optimization**:

- Implement basic SEO principles in content creation including keyword integration, meta tags, and internal linking.
- Work with the SEO team to optimize content for search engine visibility and improve organic traffic.

**Content Strategy Support**:

- Assist in developing content strategies and campaigns to support marketing initiatives and goals.
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future content efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Completed a degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for different audiences and platforms.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to conduct research and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Prior writing experience through coursework, internships, or personal projects is a plus.
