Job Summary:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Experience in managing **Amazon**accounts, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to platform standards.
- Builds profitable, long-term customer relationships through strategic engagement and trust.
- Experienced in **e-commerce data analysis**, including generating sales reports, identifying customer purchase trends, and monitoring market shifts to support data-driven decisions.
- Actively contributes to team success through a proactive mindset and commitment to achieving shared goals with excellence.
- Delivers consistent and clear reporting on progress and outcomes, supporting stakeholder engagement and strategic oversight.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in managing **e-commerce platforms** (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart etc.).
- **Bachelor’s degree** (mandatory) in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good with **MS Office and Excel** (mandatory).
- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams and M**anaging projects** to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Knowledge of the **eCommerce industry** and its products.
- **Strong communication skills** in **English** (both written and spoken).
- **Keen to learn** new tools and methods.
- Understands **eCommerce systems** and what customers need.
- Willing to work both day and night shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
