**Your Tasks**:

- Tasks: Analyse and identify systematic problems of Product. Mirror information from our customers into Product Unit, Actively conduct root cause analyses and problem solving (including retrofits), Facilitate CORN meeting and clarifying of issues, Escalate issues to TF (task force) or BTT Projects, Field Tests planning, Manage retrofits roll out and Lead people by directing others, mediate motivation, delegating, Cooperate globally and cross-functionally, leading interdisciplinary projects
- BE/Diploma Electrical / Electronics with 7-10 years of experience.
- Working with complex industrial goods, Customer Installations/Field Service, Experience in têxtile industry environment, Understand customer needs (ease of maintenance, reliability), Basic know-how of fiber
- and yarn technology, Knowing Rieter products/machines
