Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement organic social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to drive engagement, conversions, and brand visibility.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
- Track, analyse, and report key performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and emerging platforms to continuously upgrade strategies.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality posts and visually appealing creatives (should be able to ideate and draft post contents).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Certification in Social Media Marketing is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a primary focus on paid advertising.
- Proven expertise in managing Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Ads for at least 2 years.
- Strong understanding of organic social media strategies and their role in driving conversions.
- Ability to create and execute data-driven campaigns that generate measurable results.
- Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring and optimizing campaign performance.
- Own laptop is required for this role.
