Digital Dream Team is seeking a highly skilled and creative **Video Editor** to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. As a key player in our content creation team, you will be responsible for editing high-quality video content for various social media platforms and digital campaigns. You will work closely with our creative team to bring concepts to life, ensuring each project aligns with the brand’s vision and engages the target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content, social media, and strategy teams to develop innovative video concepts and storylines.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to enhance video content with professional post-production effects and animations.
- Work on various formats including short clips, promotional videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and more.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different social media platforms with proper formatting and aspect ratios.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve your work.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of digital and social media projects.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Adobe After Effects**, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Expertise in post-production processes including color grading, audio syncing, and adding effects/animations.
- Familiarity with different video formats and social media specifications (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.

**Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)**:

- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and cinematography techniques.
