**Responsibility:

- **

¨ Develop, design and maintain the BaaS platform infrastructure using Python, Open API / Swagger

¨ Collaborate and manage developer team.

¨ Write high-quality, well-documented, and maintainable codes.

¨ Implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability and stability of the platform.

¨ Debug and troubleshoot server-related issues as they arise

¨ Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to co-workers.

¨ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Web3 technology, such as smart contracts and blockchain.

**Requirements**:
¨ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

¨ At least 5 years of professional experience with Python development(mandatory), specifically in developing backend server infrastructure.

¨ Proficiency in Open API / Swagger development

¨ Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

¨ Strong communication and collaboration skills

¨ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred qualifications**:
¨ Experience with Web3 technology, such as smart contracts and blockchain

¨ Familiarity with decentralized technologies such as IPFS, Ethereum, or Polkadot

¨ Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

¨ Familiarity with microservices architecture

¨ Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
