position : Quality Assurance officer

Experience : 2-5 Yrs
Skills : Diamond industry

Responsible for assorting Diamonds, administer amount and quality on daily basis. To check 4Cs,

to meet requirements. Prepare report on daily and weekly basis.

KRA 1: Quality Management
- Collaborate with entire production team right from CAM QC till transfer for product for

barcoding and organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines;
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production manpower
- Adhere Quality standard at each production level.

KRA 2: Production Detailing
- Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Wastage control at production.
- Supervising and managing the work of junior staff.
- Gold control and inventory control.

KPI
- Gold control.
- Inventory control.
- Wastage control.

KRA 3: Product Management
- Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Ensure that team follows company policies and safety standards.
- Associate with production QC in terms of product final QC
- Ensure product movement for Hallmarking, Engraving are adhered process flow

KPIs
- Product delivery on time.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
