**About the role**:
**What you will do**:

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles
- Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

**What you will need**:

- 4+ years of experience in business Sourcing or Recruiting
- Strong understanding of the business talent landscape; preference toward Sales, Customer Support landscape
- Proven ability to source and recruit top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
