**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Course Development**: Lead the development of Social Science courses and content for e-learning platforms, ensuring alignment with educational standards and learning objectives.
- **Content Creation**: Oversee the creation of Social Science lesson plans, videos, animations, and interactive learning materials that effectively engage and educate learners.
- **Curriculum Design**: Collaborate with the team to design and enhance the Social Science curriculum, considering pedagogical best practices and feedback from learners and educators.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure the quality and accuracy of Social Science content, including assessments and quizzes, by conducting regular reviews and evaluations.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in online education and e-learning, implementing innovative approaches to Social Science instruction.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor the performance of Social Science courses, analyze data and feedback, and make necessary improvements to enhance the learning experience.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that Social Science content complies with copyright, accessibility, and other legal and ethical standards.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s/Master's/Doctoral degree in Social Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Science SME for more than 3 years for 06th and 12th Grade.
- Strong expertise in Social Science curriculum design and e-learning instructional methods.
- Experience in e-learning content development and instructional design is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in educational technology and e-learning platforms.
- Innovative thinking and a commitment to improving online Social Science education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
