Elite Business Solution is urgently hiring Customer Service Executives for handling queries related to Singapore Bank saving accounts.
- Solving customer queries on call.
- Providing information related to Singapore Bank saving accounts.
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

**What We Offer**:

- First 6 months in day shift, followed by 24*7 rotational shifts.
- 5 working days a week with 2 rotational offs.
- Virtual interview process.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Education: Graduation.
- Experience: Minimum 0-6 months and above.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
