**Job Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier and postal mail efficiently.
- Assist with simple office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing supplies.
- Support staff by delivering documents, files, and other items within the office premises.
- Ensure the pantry and common areas are stocked and tidy.
- Set up meeting rooms by arranging furniture and equipment as needed.
- Run small errands outside the office (e.g., bank, post office) when required.
- Follow office safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards consistently.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
- Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Punctual, honest, and dependable.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar office support or housekeeping role.
- Basic familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
