**Mandate Skill:

- **
- Strong knowledge of Duck Creek Billing functional modules including:

- Policy-Billing Integration
- Date Driven Testing
- Account Types: Agency Bill, Direct Bill
- Payment Processing
- Follow-up Processing (Pending Cancellation, Reminder Notice, Late Charge etc.)
- 3rd Party Integrations
- Good knowledge of Billing transactions.
- Document technical / solution approach.
- Coach and help team members for their delivery Technical Expertise.
- Must have deep understanding of Duck Creek Billing Administration System configuration.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into manuscript inheritance and group structure, including design of technical components.
- Experienced in Manuscript Coding & Configuration using Author, Product Studio, Express, Server, User Admin and TransACT.
- Hands on experience in Account setup, Payment plan, Invoice processing, Payment allocation and distribution, follow up, Notices, Installment Schedule, General Ledger setup.
- Must have experience in Direct Bill and Agency Bill and Commission processing.
- Must have experience in Billing Integrations like batch Payment, onetime payment, credit and debit card payment, lockbox payment etc.

**Good to have skills:

- **
- Knowledge of Automation using TAC/Selenium
- AINS / Duck Creek certification

**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **
- Plans, Designs and Executes Test cases
- Contributes within an agile team on Test Strategy, Planning and Technical Design decisions
- Design and develop required test data for manual and automated test scripts
- Tracks and Reports testing metrics for Quality Assurance and Status Reporting

**Education / Qualification**:

- BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA/ M.SC-IT / M.Tech / Any Graduate
