6. Strong knowledge of KPIs such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, bounce rate, and spam complaint rate

8. Analytical mindset for performance tracking and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and campaign objectives.
- Develop and implement monthly campaign calendars with clear goals and timelines.
- Track, measure, and analyze weekly and monthly KPIs such as:

- Open rates
- Click-through rates (CTR)
- Conversion rates
- Bounce rates
- Unsubscribe rates
- Spam complaints
- Optimize campaigns based on performance insights to increase engagement and conversions.
- Work on deliverability improvements to reduce bounce and spam issues.
- Develop strategies to nurture leads and retain customers through automated workflows and drip campaigns.
- Prepare detailed reports highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
